You are eager to actively shape the next level of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) instruments, implementing innovative hardware? Then join the MRI core-team to provide your expertise in Bruker's product development and lifecycle process.
In your new position, you will cover a key role in the development of a Magnetic Resonance (MR) instrument with focus on physical and technical design, definition and verification of specifications, operational qualification and instrument performance.
The position covers highest expertise and deepest understanding of the interactions of all components of the MR instrument and thus serves not only during the development process but also contributes significantly to improvements and troubleshooting and assists Service and Lifecycle Support as well as the team responsible for regulatory affairs during the certification process.

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
This role comes with a variety of responsibilities, but also with freedom in your day-2-day work.
- Your main activities will be in the participation in the development of new Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) instruments with focus on physical and technical hardware design, definition and verification of specifications, operational qualification and instrument performance.
- You will be within a team responsible for the integration of the components to build up the MRI instrument, and you will care for its operational qualification and performance.
- Autonomously, you will be responsible for the definition and realization of hardware tests.
- Creation of the Technical Documentation is one of your duties within the product lifecycle process.
- As expert, you assist as contact person for Service regarding Second/Third Level Support in instrument troubleshooting.

Qualifikationen:
You are well-equipped with having a deep-rooted & broad-banded understanding of electrical engineering with at least a degree of Master of Sciences.
A degree in physics with focus on hardware related technical design and experience with measurement equipment is equivalent. PhD is welcome.You have worked with an MRI instrument and have advanced knowledge of RF technology, analytical tools (e.g. oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer), measurement devices (e.g. sensors) with their digital processing and regulating circuits (e.g. amplifier load matching).
You best fit our needs, having worked with Bruker MRI instruments and ParaVision software, with an advanced understanding in the field of image generation.
