About the team and the role:
We are seeking a trusted finance partner in the Global Marketing Finance team.
You will be part of a global team which has the mission to make sure that the company's marketing dollars are spent in the most efficient way.
This analyst will play a key role in supporting our UK and Germany business and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
In the role of Senior Financial Global Marketing Analyst, you will perform a variety of tasks ranging from monthly/quarterly financial close, including budget tracking, business partnering, preparing accruals, flux analysis, forecasting, and accurate reporting of financials.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas of potential risk or upside due to business environment and provide solutions.
- Utilize consolidation techniques and software to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports.
- Can use various systems and tools for appropriate data gathering consolidation and analysis of financial data necessary for management reporting.
- Accurately and timely prepare monthly management reports and assist with additional Ad Hoc reporting requirements by collaborating with crossfunctional teams and analyzing existing data.
- This exciting, handson opportunity reports to the Sr Finance Global Marketing Manager and will have frequent interactions with Senior Management of the company
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Finance
- Experience with financial systems and tools such as SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas), PowerPoint, and other financial software
