Leadership Position in Operations at Amazon

Amazon has been a pioneer since the launch of our online platform in 1995, constantly redefining the boundaries of what is possible. When it comes to a leadership role in our logistics centers, the key is the ability to lead a team, motivate and inspire employees to set ambitious yet achievable goals, and then work together to achieve them.

Amazon's Military Recruiting Team is available to discuss the numerous opportunities within Amazon Operations. We have the same expectations for all leaders, whether they have military experience or not: to pioneer for customers and continue working to make Amazon the most customer-centric company in the world.

We offer you a dynamic work environment with excellent development and advancement opportunities, flat hierarchies, performance-based pay plus restricted stock units (RSUs), and a motivated team.

  • Working in a competent, highly motivated team.
  • Diverse training opportunities and an attractive compensation package that rewards you for our company's success.
