**Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte**:
- First Level Support von Client-, Server-, Netzwerk
- und Telekommunikationssystemen
- Austausch, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Hard
- und Software
- Dokumentation der Aufträge und Lösungsvorgänge im Ticketsystem
- Durchführung von Servicearbeiten an Netzwerken (Switching, Routing, Verkabelung)
**Das bringst Du mit**:
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder Umschulung
- Berufserfahrung im o. g. Aufgabengebiet
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
