Head of Product Management

**IHRE AUFGABEN****:

- Sie führen und entwickeln das Product Management Team in unserer BU Ground Support Equipment und berichten direkt an die BU Leitung
- Sie verantworten das gesamte Produktportfolio der Business Unit
- Sie entwickeln unternehmensweite Go-to-Market Pläne und sind für die erfolgreiche Durchführung von Markteinführungen über die Betreuung bis zur Eliminierung der Produkte und Produktgruppen zuständig
- Sie erarbeiten eigenständig Marktanalysen (Marktsegmentierung, Wettbewerb, Kundeninterviews, Business-Cases).
- In Kooperation mit dem Vertrieb und den Luftfahrt OEMs erarbeiten Sie die Anforderungen für die Entwicklung neuer Produkte und sind für die Validierung verantwortlich
- Sie analysieren den Markt sowie die Bedürfnisse der Kunden, Vertragsanforderungen sowie Wettbewerbsprodukte
- Sie sind der Gate-Keeper für alle Engineering Aktivitäten im Unternehmen

**IHR PROFIL****:

- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenens technisches oder alternativ wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium und Erfahrung im mechanischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Sie können mindestens 5 Jahre Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung im internationalen, technischen Produktmanagement oder Vertrieb vorweisen und bewegen sich sicher in internationalen Organisationsstrukturen
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrungen im Flugzeugbau/ Wartung und die Luftfahrtdokumentation (AMM/EM) und Richtlinien sind Ihnen bekannt
- Sie verfügen über Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Kunden
- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Sie haben Verhandlungsgeschick und eine überzeugende Gesprächstechnik, sind verantwortungsbewusst, reisebereit und organisationsstark. Diese Fähigkeiten dienen Ihnen als Grundlage Ihres interkulturellen und motivierenden Handelns
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit einem ERP-System, idealerweise SAP
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus, eine weitere Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil
