About the Role:

As the Head of Regulatory Affairs within our Risk Prevention division, you will serve as a key member of the Divisional Management Board, overseeing all regulatory obligations for our comprehensive product portfolio.

This portfolio encompasses medical devices, system and procedure packs, personal protective equipment, and various commodities.

Your role will be pivotal in advancing the regulatory strategy while leading the regulatory affairs team within the division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards across the entire product portfolio in all relevant markets, including the monitoring of specified standards and legal obligations.
- Assist the business division in formulating and executing regulatory strategies aligned with project frameworks and strategic initiatives.
- Lead the divisional Regulatory Affairs department, which consists of a dedicated team of six professionals.
- Maintain at least 5 years of pertinent professional experience in a Regulatory Affairs capacity within an international organization.
- Possess extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to medical devices, complemented by strong project management skills, particularly in managing international projects.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
