Your Mission
  • Perform online and in-person demonstrations of the TradeAware platform
  • Evaluate customer needs and align them with the TradeAware solution
  • Relay customer feedback and requirements to different LiveEO departments
  • Collaborate with customers to implement and launch the TradeAware solution
  • When needed, provide end-users training on the TradeAware solution
  • Ensure customer objectives are achieved
  • Manage the RFP process to deliver comprehensive proposals
  • Support sales teams by understanding customer needs and offering assistance during calls
  • Educate sales team members on the technical aspects of the company's products
  • Coordinate multiple projects concurrently, including executive briefings, demos, and follow-up meetings
Your Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer for complex software sales cycles
  • Expertise in supply chain management systems or ERP systems preferred
  • Proven track record of working closely with customers to meet their business objectives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside business and technical acumen
  • Broad technical architecture background desirable
  • Experience in successful startups highly valued
