Dein JobDeine Hauptaufgabe als Senior Courier Coordinator (m/w/d) besteht darin, die rechte Hand des City Operations Managers deines Standortes zu sein und unsere Fahrer:innen zu beaufsichtigen und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. Durch Deine Unterstützung sorgen wir vom ersten Arbeitstag an dafür, dass jede:r Courier Coordinator:in und jede:r Fahrer:in ein:e zuverlässige:r Mitarbeiter:in ist und gerne für Lieferando arbeitet. Darüber hinaus bist Du dafür verantwortlich, dass die Abläufe und Prozesse in unseren Städten und dem Hub reibungslos funktionieren. Dabei stehst Du im regen Austausch und berichtest direkt an den/die City Operations Manager:in, also die Standortleitung.
Der Aufbau von guten Beziehungen zu Deinem Team ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil dieses Jobs. Damit unser Hub-Team das volles Potenzial entfalten kann, wirst Du außerdem:
- im regen Austausch mit den Courier Coordinators deines Teams stehen und bei Fragen oder Problemen zur Stelle sein
- die Schichtplanung der Courier Coordinators Deines Teams überprüfen
- Sonderprojekte übernehmen, Analysen durchführen und proaktiv Maßnahmen ergreifen
- die rechte Hand des City Operations Managers sein und ihn/sie tatkräftig im operativen Geschäft unterstützen
Bereit, unser neuer Senior Courier Coordinator (m/w/d) zu werden? Folgendes solltest Du mitbringen:
- Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Logistik, Last Mile Delivery, Flottenmanagement, Office Management, im Kundenservice oder vergleichbarer Position
- Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
- Du kannst operative Prozesse verstehen und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten anstoßen, da du sehr gutes Stakeholder Management besitzt
- Du hast Erfahrungen im Einberufen und Leiten von Meetings und kannst den/die Standortleiter:in in seinen/ihren Verantwortlichkeiten vertreten
- Sehr gutes analytisches Verständnis mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in Excel / Google Sheets
- Fließende Deutsch, sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist stressresistent und kannst lösungsorientiert arbeiten
- Eine proaktive, gut organisierte, ruhige und umsichtige Herangehensweise an Deinen Job
- Den Willen dich, deine Kollegen:innen und unser Unternehmen voran zu bringen
- Du kannst dich mit unseren Unternehmenswerten Lead, Deliver und Care identifizieren
- Erste Erfahrungen im Lean Management sind von Vorteil
