Der Bereich Global Quality & Management Systems sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Qualitätsingenieur Customer Quality Assurance Europe (m/w).

Ihre Aufgaben:

Betreuung und Leitung von Reklamtionsvorgängen einschl. Teilemanagement:

  • Anlaufstelle für technische und kaufmännische Reklamationen für ausgewählte Kunden aus dem Industriebereich Europas
  • Kommunikation mit dem Kunden: Reaktionszeit bei 'Gold-Kunden' innerhalb 1 Stunde, bei A-Kunden innerhalb 24 Stunden
  • Unterstützung bei der Prüfung aller erforderlicher Daten und Klärung, ob Reklamation berechtigt ist
  • Klärung technischer Sachverhalte und möglichen Reklamationsursachen
  • Unterstützung beim Teilemanagement (Kundenlager, LCE, Transfer)
  • Kommunikation mit dem Lieferanten, der TSS Lieferanten Qualitätssicherung und der Qualitätsabteilung des Kunden
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung einschließlich Ausarbeitung von 8-D-Reports für die Kunden und Durchsprache mit den Kunden

Unterstützung bei Kundenaudits und –besuchen:

  • Unterstützung von Kundenbesuchen und Audits bei Lieferanten, einschl., Festlegung des Umfangs und Vorbereitung des Audits
  • Unterstützung des Lieferanten während des Besuchs/Audits
  • Koordination von Ergebnissen sowie Vorbeuge- und Präventivmaßnahmen mit dem Kunden zusammen

Qualitätsmanagement Meetings des Kunden:

  • Überwachung von Qualitätsergebnissen beim Kunden
  • Teilnahme an Qualitätsmanagement Meetings des Kunden als Vertreter der TSS Customer Quality Assurance Europe Industrial

Unterstützung von Qualitätsverbesserungsprojekten:

  • Reklamationsmanagement
  • Null-Fehler-Strategie
  • Verschrottungsminimierung
  • Kostenreduzierungsprojekte

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Technisches Studium oder vergleichbar
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in der Reklamationsbearbeitung und deren Tools wie 8D Systematik, 5Why, Ichikawa, FTA
  • CAQ-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Problemlösungsstrategien und Konfliktmanagement
  • Sehr gute Englisch und Deutsch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute PC/ERP Kenntnisse
