Your Mission with UsIf you've been a founder or director before, you know the thrill and hurdles of balancing growth and company culture. As our Chief of Staff, you'll play a pivotal role in steering plancraft towards becoming Europe's top contractor OS. Your tasks? Fueling growth, leading strategic initiatives, and motivating our team to aim high and reach for the stars. By collaborating closely with the executive squad, you'll ensure the seamless realization of our vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Enablement and Mindset: Develop and execute growth strategies, instill a culture of continuous improvement and growth mindset, and align teams with growth targets.
- Setting Strategic Initiatives and Roadmaps: Work closely with the CEO to prioritize strategic initiatives, create and manage strategic roadmaps, and track the progress of initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
- Cultivating a Culture of Hands-On Work and Ambition: Act as a bridge between staff and leadership, share the company vision, and assess employee well-being. Encourage hands-on collaboration, ensuring everyone is focused on achieving significant goals. Lead by example with a practical approach and strong commitment.
- Uncovering Untapped Potentials: Seek out hidden opportunities in our business. Strive for operational excellence and inspire others to do the same, helping them become the best versions of themselves.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years in a leadership role in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and fostering growth.
- Extensive background in B2B SaaS, especially in prosumer markets.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in German and English.
