Das macht Ihnen Spaß
  • Als Lead Accounting & Finance - Germany sind Sie für das gesamte Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement und die rechtzeitige Abwicklung mit Kunden und Lieferanten bei Überfälligkeiten verantwortlich
  • Sie erstellen und prüfen den vierteljährlichen analytischen Bericht - Umsatz, SGNA und Bilanz-Zeitpläne
  • Sie sind auch für die Einhaltung der Steuergesetze verantwortlich - Sie erstellen und reichen Steuererklärungen ein, einschließlich der jährlichen Mehrwertsteuer-Umsatzsteuererklärungen auf jährlicher Basis
  • Sie bereiten monatliche Berichte vor und reichen sie bei den Behörden ein: Mehrwertsteuer, Intrastat- und EG-Verkäufe
  • Sie stellen außerdem die Einhaltung der Quellensteuer auf alle Meilenstein- und Lizenzzahlungen sicher und melden diese vierteljährlich an die Behörden; Sie stellen sicher, dass die Quellensteuerbescheinigungen an die Partner versandt werden
  • Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Wirtschaftsprüfern, um die gesetzlichen und satzungsmäßigen Anforderungen zu erfüllen, einschließlich Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach dem Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB)
  • Darüber hinaus prüfen Sie Probebilanzen und erstellen die erforderlichen Übersichten
  • Schließlich stellen Sie die Einhaltung der SOX-Kontrollen und die regelmäßige Überprüfung der RCM (Risk-Control-Metriken) sicher

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Finanzen oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter
  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige SAP-Erfahrung, deutsche GAAP/IFRS-Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze und gute Kenntnisse in allen MS-Office-Programmen
  • Sie sind in der Lage, in einem dynamischen und schnelllebigen Umfeld mit wechselnden Prioritäten mehrere Aufgaben zu bewältigen
  • Sie kommunizieren proaktiv und effektiv
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
