- Als Führungskraft arbeitest Du gerne mit Menschen zusammen, übernimmst Verantwortung und leitest ein Team von 6-7 Mitarbeiter*innen.
- Innerhalb deines Teams übernimmst du die strategische Steuerung verschiedener Research-Projekte, wie Zielgruppenanalysen, Markenpositionierungsanalysen, Customer Journey Analysen, Brand Trackings und Modellings.
- Dabei bist Du zentraler Ansprechpartner und Sparrings-Partner für Deine Mitarbeiter - Du hast einen übergeordneten Blick auf alle Projekte in Deinem Team, gibst die strategische Route vor, koordinierst Teilprozesse und bist gemeinsam mit Deinen Gruppenleitern verantwortlich für das Endprodukt.

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Marketing, Marktforschung oder Medienwissenschaften.
- Du hast mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Marktforschung gesammelt und bereits erste Führungsverantwortung übernommen.
- Dabei hast Du dich intensiv mit verschiedenen Fragestellungen rund um Marketing & Media auseinandergesetzt.
