Als Microsoft Identity Management Specialist (gn) unserer Abteilung "IT- und Kommunikationsservice" unterstützen Sie den gesamten Identity Livecycle in einem technisch wissenschaftlichen Dienstleistungsunternehmen.
Sie haben Freude daran, den vorhandenen Identity Prozess im Microsoft Active Directory sowie im Entra ID auf Basis von eigenentwickelten PowerShell Prozeduren auszubauen und zu verbessern sowie um neue, innovative Lösungen zu erweitern.
Sie arbeiten Seite an Seite mit unseren Spezialist:innen für Client, Server, Storage, Backup und Virtualisierung in einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld. Im Team werden Sie mit der ganzen Bandbreite an Herausforderungen eines IT-Betriebs für ca. 1350 Nutzer mit ca. 2500 Arbeitsplatzrechnern gefordert.
Aufgaben
- Als PowerShell-Experte pflegen und erweitern Sie die bestehenden Skripte zur Abbildung sämtlicher Prozesse im Umfeld des Identity Management vom Eintritt eines Mitarbeiters bis zu dessen geordneten Austritt auf Basis der Daten aus dem SAP HR und anderen administrativen Systemen.
- Mit Ihrer abteilungsübergreifenden Arbeitsweise sorgen sie für eine konstant hohe Datenqualität bei Personalbewegungen.
- Bedarfsorientiert entwickeln Sie neue Werkzeuge zur Dokumentation und gestalten Automatisierungslösungen zur Unterstützung der eigenen Abteilung bei administrativen Aufgaben.
- Ihre Lösungen haben stehts einen hohen Anspruch an die Zugriffssicherheit und erfüllen die Anforderungen die sich aus ISO 27001, Tisax und Grundschutz ergeben. Dabei haben Sie auch die optimale Nutzung der vorhandenen Lizenzen im Blick.
- Mit ihren Kenntnissen über Microsoft Active Directory und Entra ID sorgen Sie für ein stabiles und sicheres Betriebsfundament der Identity Dienste.
- Ihre Erfahrungen mit der M365 E5 Produktfamilie wenden Sie auch bei der Verwaltung anderen Objekte wie zum Beispiel Exchange Ressourcen und Shared-Mailboxen an. Hierbei stimmen Sie immer eng mit den jeweiligen Bedarfsträgern im Unternehmen ab.
- Sie haben Freude an der Klärung von Fehlersituationen und der Analyse von Logfiles bei Entra ID, Exchange- und SharePoint Online sowie Teams und deren Behebung.
Profil
- Ihr Studium der Informatik oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang haben Sie erfolgreich abgeschlossen, bzw. bringen eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Sie verfügen über weitreichende Kenntnisse zu Active-Directory, Entra ID, Azure sowie Microsoft File- und Anwendungsserver
- Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse der Scriptsprache PowerShell 5 und 7 mit deren Entwicklungsumgebung ISE bzw. VSCode, sowie Microsoft Graph setzen wir voraus.
- Die administrativen Werkzeuge Exchange-Admincenter, M365 Defender und Compliance Portal sind Ihnen geläufig.
- Sie verfügen Betriebserfahrung mit Exchange-Server sowie mit der Administration von unterschiedlichsten Empfängerobjekten einschließlich deren Security.
- Sie leben Dienstleistungsorientierung und Sie zeichnen sich durch souveränes Auftreten und Zuverlässigkeit aus.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
