Your Impact

  • You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing and data analytics to understand user behaviors, their needs and pain points
  • You will assist in the development of research plans, methodologies, and protocols, in collaboration with the UX Research Lead
  • You support the execution of research studies, including participant recruitment, facilitation of research sessions, and data collection
  • You will analyze research data and synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations for members of the ONE Digital team
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of research findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, contributing to strategic decisionmaking and driving alignment on usercentric design principles

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in humanComputer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in UX research or a related role, with a strong understanding of user research methodologies and practices.
  • Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative research activities, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles and processes, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization
