Your Role

As a Service Designer at AGCO, you will play a critical role in shaping end-to-end service experiences for our customers across various digital platforms. This role combines elements of service design, UX design, and UI design to create seamless and user-centric experiences that meet both customer needs and business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative service solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth

Your Impact

  • You lead the strategic design of the end-to-end service experiences to create cohesive and seamless user journeys
  • You collaborate with stakeholders to define service design requirements, goals, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with AGCO objectives
  • You conduct user research to understand customer behaviors, needs, and pain points across various stages of the service journey
  • You utilize human-centered design methodologies, such as journey mapping, service blueprinting, and co-design workshops, to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • You create visually appealing and intuitive user interface designs for digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile applications, and software, that enhance the overall service experience.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Service Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in service design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven tools or technologies in storyboarding and design processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and innovation in service design solutions
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability practice
