Provisioning & Distribution Coordinator (m/w/d)
In Vollzeit und befristet auf 2 Jahre.

In dieser Funktion haben Sie folgende Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Produktionsmaterial in Abhängigkeit des geplanten Produktionsprogrammes
  • Identifikation kritischer Materialien und ggf. Einordnung als Forecast-Artikel in Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Einkauf und Logistik sowie den Bedarfsträgern
  • Vermeidung von Out of Stock Situationen Lieferungen im Hinblick auf Termin und Menge überwachen inkl. Mahnwesen
  • Bereitstellung von Informationen für die Abteilung Einkauf (z.
B. zur Erstellung von Rahmenverträgen, Forecast)

  • Sicherstellung korrekter Material-PlanungsStammdaten im SAP
  • Prüfung sämtlicher automatisch erzeugter Bestellvorschläge in SAP (korrekter Mengen und Zeiten), Umwandlung in Bestellung und Versendung zum Lieferanten
- gezielte Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Bestandoptimierung

  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen bei mengenmäßigen Abweichungen; Organisation von Retour
- und Ersatzlieferungen

  • Bearbeitung und Freigabe von Rechnungen für IP-Material bei mengenmäßigen Abweichungen (Click&Pay)
  • Bearbeitung des Write Off Prozess
  • Teilnahme an lokalen und globalen Meetings im Netzwerk für Incoming Material (IM) (z.
B. IM-Board)

_ Why You? _

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten:

- Üblicherweise Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft o.ä. Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Produktionsplanung und/oder Materialbeschaffung, idealerweise in der pharmazeutischen oder verwandten Industrie

  • Kenntnisse in bereichsübergreifenden Geschäftsprozessen und SAP/R
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Definition und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsprojekten
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Produktionsabläufen
  • Gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten zum Erkennen und Eliminieren von Geschäftsrisiken
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)
  • Guter Umgang mit internen und externen Kunden
