Als Head of IT oder Teamleiter IT (abhängig von deiner bisherigen Erfahrung) bist du verantwortlich für die IT-Infrastruktur, Softwareentwicklung und digitale Prozessgestaltung unseres Unternehmens. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem IT-Team und anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um unsere Geschäftsprozesse durch innovative Technologien zu optimieren und die IT-Strategie des Unternehmens voranzutreiben.

Head of IT / Teamleiter IT bei (m/w/d)

Leitung der IT-Abteilung
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Teams (Softwareentwicklung, Systemadministration und IT-Support)
  • Förderung einer positiven Teamkultur und Unterstützung der beruflichen Entwicklung deiner Teammitglieder
Entwicklung und Umsetzung der IT-Strategie
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung einer IT-Strategie, die auf unsere Unternehmensziele ausgerichtet ist
  • Evaluierung und Einführung neuer Technologien zur Förderung des Geschäftswachstums
Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Formulierung neuer IT-Anforderungen
Skalierbarkeit und Benutzerfreundlichkeit der IT-Systeme
  • Gewährleistung der Skalierbarkeit, Konsistenz und Leistungsfähigkeit unserer IT-Infrastruktur
  • Verbesserung der Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Effizienz unserer selbstentwickelten IT-Systeme
Integration und Nutzung digitaler Technologien
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Nutzung von Big Data, KI und Automatisierungstools
  • Förderung der digitalen Transformation und Innovationsprojekte
Cybersicherheit und Datenschutz
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Cybersicherheits- und Datenschutzrichtlinien
  • Überwachung und Management von IT-Risiken und Sicherheitsvorfällen
Dein ProfilBildung und Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Zusätzliche Qualifikationen im Bereich Management oder Unternehmensführung sind von Vorteil
Berufserfahrung
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von IT-Teams
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
Fachliche Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerkmanagement und Softwareentwicklung
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis von Cybersicherheit, Datenschutz und IT-Risikomanagement
  • Gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und Prozessoptimierung
  • Fundiertes Wissen über aktuelle IT-Technologien und Trends, einschließlich Big Data, KI und Automatisierungstools
Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten
  • Strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, IT-Projekte zu planen und umzusetzen
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Managementfähigkeiten mit gelebter, offener Feedbackkultur
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld flexibel zu reagieren
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein datengetriebener Ansatz zur Entscheidungsfindung
  • Fähigkeit, als Brücke zwischen den Fachbereichen und der IT-Abteilung zu fungieren und Anforderungen zu übersetzen
