Responsibilities include:

• Cooperative and motivating leadership of multicultural household teams
• Standardization of processes, structures, and quality standards across the foundation
• Alignment of cleaning, laundry, and meal concepts
• Supervision of work according to quality standards, legal requirements, and operational guidelines
• Development of staff requirements planning and deployment concepts

Your qualifications:

• Completed training in household management (or similar field)
• Completed training as a household management master (or equivalent)
• Professional and leadership experience
• Enjoyment of new developments
• Service orientation and organizational skills
• Collaborative leadership understanding
• Willingness for personal development
• Good IT skills (Excel, Word)
