Deine Aufgaben
  • Pflege des Hauptbuchs, einschließlich der Buchung von Journalbuchungen, Abstimmung von Konten und Sicherstellung der Genauigkeit finanzieller Daten
  • Erstellung und Analyse von Finanzberichten gemäß den Rechnungslegungsstandards
  • Durchführung von Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten, einschließlich Rückstellungen, Vorauszahlungen und Vorbereitung von Finanzausweisen
  • Durchführung von Finanzanalysen und Erklärung von Abweichungen, um Entscheidungsprozesse und Geschäftsstrategien zu unterstützen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerexperten, um eine genaue und fristgerechte Einreichung von Steuererklärungen sicherzustellen
  • Unterstützung interner und externer Prüfungen durch Bereitstellung erforderlicher Dokumentation, Erklärungen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Prüfanforderungen
  • Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Prozessverbesserung und Implementierung von Best Practices
Dein Profil
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Finanzbuchhalter/in oder in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Effektive Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamarbeit
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsprinzipien, -praktiken und -vorschriften
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware und Microsoft Excel
  • Exzellente analytische und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Detailgenauigkeit und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
  • Berufliche Qualifikation im Rechnungswesen (z.B. Bilanzbuchhaltung) von Vorteil
