**Deine Aufgaben**:
Bist du ein/e leidenschaftliche/r Agency-Producer:in, der/die unsere kreativen Bewegtbild-Projekte mit Begeisterung begleiten und vorantreiben möchte? Als integraler Bestandteil unseres Teams übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Planung, Umsetzung und Leitung von hochwertigen Moving Images-Produktionen.
Deine vielseitigen Aufgaben:
**Projektentwicklung**: Du gestaltest aktiv die Ideenfindung und Konzeption von FFF-Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Kreativteam.
**Produktionsmanagement**: Deine Verantwortung erstreckt sich über die effiziente Koordination von Ressourcen, Budgets und Zeitplänen während des gesamten Produktionsprozesses. Dabei bist du gleichermaßen motiviert bei Adaptionsjobs wie bei umfangreicheren Neuproduktionen.
**Teamplayer**: Als motivierende Kraft unterstützt du das Kreativ-Team, um erstklassige Ergebnisse zu erzielen und schaffst eine positive und produktive Arbeitsumgebung.
**Qualitätskontrolle**: Du sicherst die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und implementierst kontinuierlich innovative Ansätze in den Projekten.
**Kundenkommunikation**: Du förderst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und unseren Markenberatern, um ihre Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und Feedback effektiv zu integrieren.

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Filmproduktion, Medienwissenschaften oder einer ähnlichen Disziplin oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Medienbereich.
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Agency-Producer in der Werbebranche.
- Umfassende Kenntnisse der aktuellen Entwicklungen in der Bewegtbild-Branche (Content-Produktionen, KI etc.).
- Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeiten.
