We are looking for an experienced leader to help us professionalize our product management over all products in our Digital Business & Mobility Services solution and to take our product management staff into the future.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead a competence center for product management consisting of ~30 highly skilled professionals working in our teams as product owners, product managers, epic owners and related roles
  • Recruit, coach employees and support them on their individual career paths
  • Assure competent staffing of our teams over all levels of our SAFeorganization with both internal and external resources
  • Continuously improve processes, methods and tools for agile product management and help to bring forward this profession in CARIAD
  • Work closely together with peers in other competence centers and in our SAFeorganization to solve any impediments and to assure we have the best working teams possible to develop our current and future solutions
  • Work closely together with internal and external partners in the product management area to complement internal staff and to develop and grow partnerships
  • Foster agile leadership in our organization and act as a rolemodel for your team and others

WHO YOU ARE:

  • University degree in business, computer science, information technology or comparable course
  • Experienced senior manager with 5+ years of experience leading larger teams in a software development environment
  • Deeply ingrained agile mindset and ability to act as a leader and inspire others
  • Familiar with agile approaches like Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Handson experience working in agile teams as product owner or comparable role
  • Passion about the tech industry and good understanding of Digital Business and Mobility Services
  • Strong intercultural skills and experience in managing multiple stakeholders worldwide
  • Excellent English and German communication skills
