In collaboration with university professors and psychotherapists, we developed online courses to help people fight their depression, anxiety and stress.
We offer immediate, scientifically sound psychological help to our users, free of charge on prescription. As a certified medical product, we were already able to help over users.As Head of Product, you will be in charge of the heart of our company - our product organisation.
You lead a great team of professionals in product management, productI design, user research, and content development, being part of Selfapy's Management Team and driving the business strategy to make our vision reality.
Your role in a nutshell
- Be in charge of developing economically sustainable medical products and services with high value propositions
- Develop the product vision and roadmap and ensure a sound planning, prioritisation and delivery
- Ensure high transparency on product commitment and outcomes with stakeholders and company
- Be an active and driving member of the company's management team and closely work with Medical, Quality Management and Regulatory, Legal, Data Privacy, User Research, Customer Support, Information Security, Market Access and Product Marketing
- Excellently lead, manage and support people under your responsibility
Your profile
- Experience in working with or on digital health products
- 3+yr experience in a product related management role in a fast pace environment
- Deep understanding of business and strategy execution
- Data informed decision maker and complexity manager
- Proven leadership skills, empowering attitude and integrity
- Excellent stakeholder manager who values and lives by a transparent, respectful and inspiring way of communication
- Good understanding of technical aspects to easily team up with the tech leaders
- Ability to build a deep understanding of and work with the regulatory requirements for medical products, such as MDR and IT security
- C1 Level in English and B2 in German
