Aufgaben
  • Du bearbeitest Projekte zu bilanzierungsbezogenen Themen innerhalb unseres Geschäftsbereichs Financial Reporting; in der Regel direkt vor Ort bei den Mandantinnen/Mandanten.
  • Du führst eigenverantwortlich Projekte zu bilanzierungsbezogenen Themen entlang der CFO-Agenda durch, beispielsweise bei nachfolgenden interdisziplinären Fach- und Prozessthemen:
    • Umstellungen der Rechnungslegung auf IFRS/US-GAAP.
    • Umfassende Unterstützung bei Unternehmenstransaktionen (M&A Deals, IPOs, Carve Outs, Pro-Forma Finanzinformationen).
    • Erstellung von IFRS- und HGB-Konzernabschlüssen und Begleitung von Enforcement-Verfahren.
    • Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen bei komplexen Fragestellungen der nationalen und internationalen Rechnungslegung.
  • Du leitest und führst fachlich die Projektteams, übernimmst die Verantwortung für Deine Projekte sowie Deine Projektmitarbeiterinnen/Projektmitarbeiter.
  • Mit Unterstützung durch unser Business Development Team akquirierst Du neue Projekte und Unternehmen und bist laufende Ansprechpartnerin/laufender Ansprechpartner für unsere Mandantinnen/Mandanten.
  • In enger Kooperation mit der Partnerin/dem Partner entwickelst Du Deinen Kompetenzbereich weiter und setzt neue Themenstellungen um.
  • Wenn Du an Fachpublikationen oder Studien mitwirkst, oder innovative Themenstellungen aufbereiten möchtest, freuen wir uns über Dein zusätzliches Engagement.

Profil
  • Du verfügst über mindestens fünf Jahre (Manager) bzw. sieben Jahre (Senior Manager) Erfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, im Financial Advisory oder in der Abteilung Accounting oder Group Reporting eines idealerweise kapitalmarktorientierten Industrieunternehmens.
  • Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse im Bereich IFRS, US-GAAP, HGB und/oder Reporting.
  • Du begeisterst Dich für das Projektgeschäft, hast schon viele Projektteams geleitet und Freude daran, Dein Wissen an Deine Mitarbeiterinnen/Mitarbeiter weiterzugeben.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, kannst kleine Teams und Mitarbeiterinnen/Mitarbeiter führen und willst innovative Wege gehen.
  • Du kannst umfangreiche Akquisitionserfolge sowie ein belastbares Netzwerk aufweisen.
  • Dir bereitet es Freude direkt mit Mandantinnen/Mandanten in Kontakt zu treten und bringst die notwendige Reisebereitschaft mit.
  • In kontinuierlichem Austausch mit Kolleginnen/Kollegen und Mandantinnen/Mandanten kannst Du verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren.
