Customer Support Techniker (m/w/d)


Aufgaben
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Fehlerbeschreibung und -behebung per Fernzugriff und daraus folgend Konkretisierung der Störung zur Ableitung von Aufgaben für die verschiedenen Fachabteilungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Fehleranalyse und der Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen
  • Planung und Umsetzung der erforderlichen Maßnahmen zur Störungsbeseitigung
  • Koordination und Überwachung der verschiedenen Aufgaben aus den Fachabteilungen sowie Steuerung der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen mit den Kunden
  • Leitung nationaler und internationaler Projekte im Bereich Customer Support
  • Funktion als zentraler Kontakt für unsere Kunden in technischen und kommerziellen Sachverhalten
  • Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft gemäß geltender Betriebsvereinbarung

Profil
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Beruf sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung im technischen Kundendienst und/oder als Servicetechniker (m/w/d) oder Hochschulabschluss als Techniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Serviceorientierung mit entsprechendem Kommunikationsvermögen im Kontakt mit Kunden
  • zielgerichtete und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • routinierter Umgang mit MS Office/Teams
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
