Ihre Aufgaben als Administration Manager (m/w/d) Logistik
  • Unterstützung des Third Party Logistic Managers in allen Belangen
  • Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen inkl. der Prüfung von Arbeitsanweisungen, deren Einhaltung sowie die Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheit
  • Regelmäßige Sicherheitsrundgänge, Protokollierung sowie die Verfolgung der Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • qualitative Überprüfung der fristgerechten Leistungserbringung durch den Dienstleister vor Ort
  • Ermittlung der KPI Kennzahlen und abstimmen von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen für eine bessere Performance
  • Abstimmung, Anpassung und Implementierung von Anweisungen
  • Änderungsmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit den Betrieben und dem Dienstleister
Ihr Profil als Administration Manager (m/w/d) Logistik
  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemeister (m/w/d) in der Fachrichtung Chemie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Logistikumfeld von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Verwendung von IT-Tools (Cargo Cockpit, Lexsy, SAP, MS Office, SharePoint, Documentum, Shiftconnector)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Prozessverständnis im Bereich Logistik und Produktions-Betrieben
  • Starke Fähigkeit zur Durchsetzung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Compliance Standards
