What you'll be doing
- Creating healthy environments for our development teams and their people by incorporating feedback and working closely with our Agile Coaches.
- Being visible and approachable for your direct reports.
- Enabling sustainable pace and growth through hiring.
- Taking care of the budgeting and resource planning for the group, including external partners.
- Representing the group within the Unit leadership circle.
- Growing talent (Growth Talks) as well as pursuing a continuous improvement approach to training as well as onboarding.
- Supporting the teams in their agile processes, such as the quarterly goal setting or enabling them to make decentralised decisions and manage load.
- Engage in the strategy and goal setting together with product and technology partners.
- Shaping the understanding of the group's mission and vision.
- Reporting and creating transparency on progress, risks and nonfunctional requirements within the group.
- Coordinating with other groups across our department on integration topics.

What you'll get

- Flexibility we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of €1560.
