Legal Counsel at KARL STORZ SE & Co KG

Your Role

  • Providing legal support and advice for the operational business of KARL STORZ SE & Co KG and its affiliates, both domestically and internationally
  • Supporting departments with practical legal advice in the areas of business law, competition and distribution law, antitrust law, procurement law, as well as general contract and civil law
  • Handling, reviewing, and drafting contracts independently
  • Developing independent solutions for all legal matters
  • Participating in projects in the commercial sector
  • Planning and conducting training sessions
  • Assisting in the implementation of corporate policies

Your Skills

  • Completed studies in law or business law
  • 1-3 years of professional experience, experience in the legal department of an international company is desirable
  • Good knowledge of German law
  • Solid legal expertise in business law
  • Proficiency in MS Office and various database systems
  • Commercial and strategic thinking
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
