Die Position:
In dieser Position steuern Sie die Kundenerfahrung und sind Hauptansprechpartner für Ärzte in Klinik und Praxis. Sie bieten ein personalisiertes Kundenerlebnis durch kanal- und funktionsübergreifende Customer Journeys. Dazu nutzen Sie die Ihnen zur Verfügung gestellten Daten auf Ebene Ihres Vertriebsteams, um die vorgegebenen Verkaufsziele der von uns vertretenen Produkte zu erreichen.

Aufgaben
- Anwendung des Omnichannel-Ansatzes durch Interaktion mit den zugewiesenen Kunden
- Koordination von Schnittstellen mit dem Kunden, dem Sie als Hauptansprechpartner zugewiesen sind, durch Besuche, agile Marketingkampagnen, Fortbildungsveranstaltungen, Symposien, telefonisch und virtuell
- Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit (Medizin, Value&Access usw.), um ein optimales Kundenerlebnis zu gewährleisten
- Proaktive Förderung des Austauschs von Erkenntnissen zwischen dem Außendienst und dem Innendienst
- Aufbau wertorientierter Beziehungen zu Vertretern des Gesundheitswesens (HCPs) und Entwicklung eines tiefen Verständnisses für deren Bedürfnisse
- Förderung der Unternehmenswerte und des Leitprinzips zur Steigerung des Ansehens von Daiichi Sankyo als starker und zuverlässiger Partner bei den relevanten Interessengruppen
- Bewerbung der Merkmale, Vorteile und Spezifikationen der Daiichi Sankyo Produkte unter Berücksichtigung der Richtlinien und Verordnungen, um messbare Verschreibungen zu generieren
- Eigenverantwortliche, kontinuierliche Nachverfolgung und Auswertung von Kundendaten für Feedback an das Agile Marketing und Advanced Analytics Team
- Zielgerichtete Kommunikation im Team und in der funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenar-beit nach dem Prinzip der agilen Unternehmensentwicklung
Profil
- Zulassung als Pharmareferent oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, die Tätigkeit als Phar-maberater ermöglicht
- Hochschulabschluss in Life Science oder vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswert
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im wissenschaftlichen Außendienst (Hausärzte, nie-dergelassene Fachärzte und Klinikaccounts)
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse des lokalen Netzwerks und seiner Entscheidungsprozesse / Strukturen
- Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Daten für Geschäftsentscheidungen
- Grundkenntnisse im agilen Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Kennnisse in der Anwendung eines Omnichannel-Ansatzes
- Fundierte Kennnisse im Umgang mit Customer-Insights-Systemen, insbesondere zur Erhebung und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität (Personas, SET etc.)
- Fundierte medizinische Kenntnisse
- Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
