Master Data Manager (m/w/d)
Aufgaben
- Führung eines neu formierten Teams im Bereich Master-Data-Management
- Neuausrichtung der Master Data Organisation, der Prozesse, der Verantwortlichkeiten, der Systeme und der Datequalität
- Dabei enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Business Stakeholdern bei der Konzeption und Implementierung geeigneter End-to-End-Konzepte/Datenmodelle
- Definition von Daten Standards und Kennzahlen, um eine hohe Datenqualität über alle Funktionen und Systeme hinweg zu gewährleisten
- Erkennen der Businessrelevanz existierender und neu angeforderter Datenattributen sowie Sicherstellung ihrer Verfügbarkeit
- Definition und Implementierung von periodischen Reportings und Master-Data-Audits
- Steuerung und Überwachung des mit der Datenpflege betrauten externen Dienstleisters
- Vorantreiben des Ausbaus des elektronischen Stammdatenaustausches mit unseren Retail Partnern mittels EDI-Standards (EANCOM, GS1, GDSN)
- Mitarbeit bei der europäischen Harmonisierung von Business Prozessen und Systemstandards
Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften bzw. Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit technischer oder kaufmännischer Ausrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Stammdatenumfeld, idealerweise im Bereich FMCG
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und Projektgruppen
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, insbesondere von IT-Projekten im Stammdatenbereich, sowie in der Konzeption und Implementierung abteilungsübergreifender Prozesse
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Problemfindungs- und Problemlösungskompetenz sowie starke kommunikative Skills
- Unternehmerisches Denken und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Master-Data-Management Systemen, SAP, MS Office, Power BI
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für internationales Stakeholdermanagement
