Your Responsibilities

You will take on a key position in the interface between Controlling and IT departments. By constantly improving our systems, including the introduction of SAP S4/HANA and a modern Data Lakehouse, you make an essential contribution to the digitalization and modernization of our Controlling-IT landscape. Our projects are international and interdisciplinary. Hence, you will closely work together with various business departments worldwide as well as our IT department, developing concepts and solutions and having an impact on strategical solutions.

Participate in thrilling international and interdisciplinary Finance and Controlling projects Join the transformation of our IT application landscape from a monolith to a microservice architecture, the introduction of SAP S/4HANA and a modern Data Lakehouse Develop and support innovate solutions in one of our Financial IT platforms: Financial close & Management Accounts with SAP Finance & Controlling and SAP PaPMPlanning & Reporting with Board, Power BI and QlikSenseBI & Analytics with modern Data Lakehouse environment using a wide range of state-of-the-art tools like Databricks, Alteryx or QlikSense Manage the agile development and run of Finance and Controlling based IT products Contribute to the implementation and rollout of new systems / applications Optimize and standardize system and business processes Help to transform existing concepts and approaches Provide guidelines and safeguard adherence Monitor and safeguard data and system integrity in close cooperation with IT Maintain Controlling related master data as well as order settlement Provide system and process support to our global organization and conduct trainings

Deine Aufgaben

Du nimmst eine Schlüsselposition in der Schnittstelle zwischen Controlling und IT ein. Durch die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Systeme, u.a. durch die Einführung von SAP S4/HANA und einem modernen Data Lakehouse, leistest du einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Digitalisierung und Modernisierung unserer Controlling-IT-Landschaft. Unsere Projekte sind international und interdisziplinär. Daher arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen weltweit sowie unserer IT-Abteilung zusammen, entwickelst Konzepte und Lösungsansätze und wirkst an strategischen Entscheidungen mit.

Your Profile

STEM or economics degree (bachelor's or master's) or equivalent qualification Basic understanding of Finance and Controlling in an IT application context Experience in (agile) project work, preferably in IT- or Controlling-related topics SAP skills, especially SAP R/3 (customizing and run, modules MM, FI, CO)SAP S/4HANA (additional modules (RAR, PS, CO-PA)SAP PaPM (model development, modifications, run) would be an asset Alternatively BI / Analytics skills, especially Experience in data modeling and analysis with focus on BI applications, preferably in the area of Finance or ControllingIn-depth skills in BI and ETL tools, e.g. QlikSense, Tableau, MS Power BI, Databricks, Alteryx or similarProgramming skills, e.g. SQL, R, Python or similar languagesExperience in Data Science with focus on machine learning techniques (especially predictions and classification) would be an asset High affinity for numbers, data and IT combined with excellent analytic skills and a process-oriented way of thinking Fast comprehension and structured approach to complex problems Practical experience in processing information and creating presentations Proven English skills, both written and spoken

Abgeschlossenes MINT oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (Bachelor oder Master) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation Grundlegendes Verständnis von Finanzen und Controlling im IT-Anwendungskontext Erfahrung in der (agilen) Projektarbeit, vorzugsweise in IT- oder Controlling-nahen Themen SAP-Kenntnisse, insbesondere SAP R/3 (Customizing und Anwendung, Module MM, FI, CO)SAP S/4HANA (Zusatzmodule (RAR, PS, CO-PA)SAP PaPM (Modellentwicklung, -anpassung, -durchführung) wäre von Vorteil Alternativ BI / Analytics Kenntnisse, insbesondere Erfahrung in der Datenmodellierung und -analyse mit Fokus auf BI-Anwendungen, vorzugsweise im Bereich Finanzen oder ControllingVertiefte Kenntnisse in BI- und ETL-Tools, z.B.
