Unser Trainerteam wächst und daher suchen wir Dich als Learning & Development Manager (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben
- Führung von Personalentwicklungsgesprächen mit Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden
- Organisation und Administration von PE-Maßnahmen
- Entwicklung konkreter und bedarfsorientierter Angebote zur Weiterbildung und Qualifizierung
- Konzeption, Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation von Seminaren und Workshops, insbesondere für die Bereiche: Recruitment und Sales
- Bei Bedarf Übernahme von administrativen Tätigkeiten in allen Themen der Personalentwicklung
- Weiterentwicklung bestehender und neuer Trainingskonzepte
- Planung und Umsetzung von Trainingsmaßnahmen digital und in Präsenz
- Durchführung von Niederlassungsbesuchen, Methodencoaching und Training on the job
- Verantwortlich für einige bundesweite Niederlassungen
- Analyse von L&D-Kennzahlen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Programminhalte und -methoden.
- 80% Reisebereitschaft (Di-Do)
- Du kannst auf eine erfolgreiche Laufbahn im Bereich Sales und/oder Recruiting zurückblicken
- Du verfügst über eine Affinität zu den Themenbereichen: Personalmanagement, Personalentwicklung, Sozialpsychologie
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung in der Konzipierung von PE-Maßnahmen, insbesondere Onboarding-Maßnahmen
- Du besitzt eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und verfügst über Engagement, Flexibilität sowie Teamfähigkeit und hast die Fähigkeit zum Vernetzen und strategischen Denken
- Du verfügst über Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenzen im Kontext der Personalentwicklung
