Die TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH bündelt Know-how und Erfahrung für Unternehmen der Bereiche Industrie und Real Estate. Das Dienstleistungsspektrum umfasst Ingenieur- und Prüfdienstleistungen für die Sicherheit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Nachhaltigkeit von Anlagen, Infrastruktureinrichtungen und Gebäuden im Rahmen des gesamten Lebenszyklus - von der Machbarkeit über die Planung, den Bau und den Betrieb bis hin zur Modernisierung oder den Rückbau.
Aufgaben
- Eigenständige Kundenbetreuung im Bereich Risk- Based-Inspection und Asset-Integrity- Management Lösungen
- Verantwortliche technische Leitung von Projekten zur Implementierung oder Durchführung von Asset Integrity Management-Programmen bei Betreibern von Prozessanlagen
- Selbstständige Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Konzepten zur Optimierung von Instandhaltungsstrategien und -maßnahmen (z. B. durch risikobasierte Inspektionen oder Predictive Maintenance)
- Projektmanagement, insbesondere die Einhaltung von Deadlines, gegenüber internen und externen Partnern. (Verantwortung für die, im Rahmen des Projekts anfallenden, Terminkoordinationen sowie Deadlines in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern)
- Mitarbeit im Bereich der Akquise und Angebotserstellung bei Kundenanfragen
- Direkte Kommunikation mit dem Kunden (national und international) zum Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik, Energie- und Prozesstechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Praxiserprobte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Inspektion, Risikoanalyse, QM-Systeme, Predictive Maintenance oder Risikobasierte Inspektion
- Nachweisbare Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sowie in der zeitgleichen Leitung von mehreren Projekten
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland
- Pkw-Führerschein
- versierter Umgang mit Programmen für Video-Konferenzen
- Sehr hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse
