**DIE AUFGABEN IM OUTLET**:
Ein "perfektes Outlet" bedeutet für uns die Präsentation der Marke Red Bull von ihrer besten Seite. Dafür arbeiten unsere Sales Activatoren mit dem Perfect Store Konzept, welches sie bei der Umsetzung und Ausführung von nationalen Key Account-Absprachen unterstützt. Denn hier packen unsere Sales Activatoren mit an und sorgen dafür, dass die Stores, welche sie betreuen, mit ausreichend Energie versorgt werden und die Distribution an allen Points of Sales sichergestellt wird. Die Sales Activatoren haben daher eine große Portion Verantwortung - denn durch sie gibt es für unsere Konsumenten am Point of Sales keinen Weg an der Dose vorbei.

Unsere Sales Activatoren tragen einen großen Teil zum Firmenerfolg bei, indem sie sich auf ihren Touren professionell um unsere Bestandskunden kümmern. Aber auch vor neuen Herausforderungen schrecken sie nicht zurück und helfen uns dabei, Neukunden zu gewinnen und unsere Distribution zu vergrößern.

- und Verkaufsfähigkeit führen sie selbstständig vereinbarte Werbeaktivitäten und -absprachen durch und beflügeln somit unsere Verkaufszahlen.
**Hier zählen Erfahrung und bisher erbrachte Leistungen**:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung ist vorteilhaft, aber kein Muss
- Grundkenntnisse über kaufmännische Themen sind vorhanden
- Erfahrungen in der deutschen FMCG-Landschaft vorteilhaft, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Idealerweise befindet sich der Wohnsitz unserer Sales Activatoren in der entsprechenden Region
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Überzeugungskraft und Kommunikationstalent zählen zu Deinen größten Stärken
- Professionalität und Kompetenz, aber auch Spaß am Arbeiten
- Gültige PKW Fahrerlaubnis (Klasse B)
