At the Central Finance and Controlling Department of Mobility Electronics, we collate data from our global production and development network, analyzing it to steer our business effectively and facilitate sustainable decision-making by top management.
As an intern, you will be part of the Controlling Process Excellence team, engaging in projects focused on process optimization, digitalization, and data management. You will gain valuable insights into cross-functional business processes within Bosch's Mobility Sector, acting as a crucial link between international manufacturing facilities, central departments, and internal clients.
This role offers a variety of challenging tasks and opportunities for personal development, supported by our open feedback culture. The team operates in a hybrid model, allowing you to work both at the Reutlingen location and remotely from home.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Proficient in MS Office and databases
- Strong understanding of project management, agile methodologies, process management
- Familiarity with Power BI, SAP Signavio, and/or Flowable is advantageous
Personality and Working Style:
- Team-oriented, proactive, eager to learn, independent, structured, and solution-focused
Enthusiasm:
- Passion for controlling topics and a strong affinity for IT
Languages:
- Fluent in English, knowledge of German is a bonus
Duration: 6 months (proof of mandatory internship required)
If you are a university student looking for a flexible work arrangement in Germany, you can choose between remote work or joining the team at the Bosch location in Reutlingen. For roles labeled 'remote possible,' you can discuss suitable collaboration options with your manager and team under the Smart Work framework.
