Product Manager (m/w/d)


Aufgaben
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Produkte u.a. des Indikationsgebiets kardiovaskulären Sekundärprävention im verschreibungspflichtigen Bereich (Rx)
  • Kontinuierliche Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Marketingstrategie und des Marketing-Mix
  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von Marketingkampagnen und cross-funktionalen Projekten sowie Messung des Erfolgs (print und digital) und stetige Optimierung
  • Erstellung von Launch-Plänen und Sicherstellung der Launch Readiness von Produktneueinführungen
  • Erstellung von Markt- und Zielgruppenanalysen sowie Wettbewerbsbeobachtung (inkl. Monitoring von Lieferfähigkeiten der Mitbewerber und deren Preisgestaltung)
  • Planung und Verantwortung von Umsatz-, Absatz- und Werbebudgets sowie monatliche Überprüfung der Product-Forecasts
  • Bereitstellung von Informationen/ Unterlagen für Fachkreise
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams Medical, Sales und Market Access
  • Führendes Projektmanagement einschließlich der Leitung funktionsübergreifender Projektteams
  • Koordination und Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern wie z.B. Agenturen
  • Aktives Mitwirken bei Kreativmeetings und Brainstorming-Sessions
  • Mitwirkung bei der Initiierung von Kongressen, Fortbildungen und Advisory Boards

Profil
  • Zuallererst Deine Persönlichkeit: Du überzeugst durch deine Motivation und Begeisterung, herausragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Dein Enthusiasmus ist mitreißend und du gehst mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität an deine Aufgaben heran
  • Du hast ausgezeichnete Projektmanagement-Skills mit der Fähigkeit, Aufgaben zu priorisieren, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu verwalten und ggf. zu leiten sowie Fristen einzuhalten
  • Teamarbeit ist für dich ein Gewinn und deine Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative sind hoch
  • Du hast Freude beim Präsentieren und bei der Ausarbeitung von strategischen sowie kreativen Ansätzen
  • Digitale Marketingmaßnahmen sind für dich kein Neuland
  • Netzwerke auf- und auszubauen bereitet dir Freude
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit z.B. Schwerpunkt Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing
  • Du bringst etwa 3 Jahre Erfahrung als (Junior-)Produktmanager:in in der Pharma- oder Gesundheitsbranche mit, idealerweise im Bereich verschreibungspflichtiger Arzneimittel (Rx)
  • Die Beherrschung der Verwendung relevanter Software und Tools für z.B. Datenanalysen und Projekt-management sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast sehr gute Englisch- sowie PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office Paket)
  • Du bist bereit, gelegentlich beruflich zu reisen (Kongresse, Tagungen etc.)
