We are looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable, and driven MSL Dermatology North to join us in our Immunology team, covering North-West Germany (Niedersachsen, Hamburg, Bremen, Schleswig-Holstein).

About the role

As a Medical Scientific Liaison Dermatology, North Germany, you will partner with scientific influencers to enhance patient value and optimize understanding of UCB therapies through expert-led conversations. You will also leverage your expertise to execute key UCB medical initiatives and work with stakeholders on medical and real-world evidence initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Who you'll work with

You will report into the Field Medical Lead for Dermatology and interact with national and international Thought Leaders and other healthcare professionals at various phases of the product life cycle.

What you'll do

• Manage Key Opinion Leaders: Identify and engage key scientific and medical influencers.
• Enhance Patient Value: Discover and implement innovative solutions and services by placing the holistic disease burden of people suffering from chronic immune-mediated inflammatory diseases.
• Support Clinical Studies: Assist in clinical studies and share insights with the Research and Discovery team.
• Serve as Scientific Expert: Act as the primary local expert on UCB solutions and share insights, innovation, opportunities, and patient needs internally to the patient-value units.
• Collaborate on Market Access: Support market access efforts with clinical and real-world evidence presentations.

Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience, and skills:

• A high level of scientific education at MSc/PhD level would be desirable.
• MSL experience within industry preferred.
• Demonstrate business acumen and have an in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare arena.
• Effective communication, presentation and engagement skills including mastery of German and English language. Digital Literacy
• Have the flexibility and willingness to travel extensively, both nationally and internationally
