**Wen suchen wir?**:
Für unser hauptamtliches Team der JOBLINGE gAG München suchen wir **ab sofort **eine **Standortleitung als Managing Director (m/w/d)** in Vollzeit.**

**Was sind deine Aufgaben?**:

- Du setzt das JOBLINGE-Konzept am Standort München um.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team erreichst und übertriffst du ambitionierte Vermittlungserfolge von 80 Prozent.
- Du verantwortest die Rekrutierung von Teilnehmenden, die Programmgestaltung, die Gewinnung ehrenamtlicher Unterstützer*innen sowie die Gestaltung von Partnerschaften mit Unternehmen.
- Du verhandelst und kommunizierst mit dem lokalen Jobcenter und der Bundesagentur für Arbeit.
- Du führst das hauptamtliche Team von 13 Mitarbeitenden.
- Du planst das Budget, akquirierst weitere finanzielle Mittel und verantwortest die Abrechnung mit der Öffentlichen Hand.

**Was solltest du mitbringen?**:

- Du besitzt mehrjährige Führungserfahrung.
- Du hast einen Abschluss als Dipl.Soz. Pädagog*in oder einen Abschluss in einem gleichwertigen für die Arbeit mit der Zielgruppe relevanten Studium.
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit benachteiligten Jugendlichen, z. B. im Rahmen von Berufsvorbereitenden Bildungsmaßnahmen.
- Du arbeitest nach dem Prinzip der wirkungsorientierten Pädagogik mit deinem Team und den Teilnehmenden sowie mit der Haltung, die weder "Kumpel noch Oberlehrer" verkörpert
- Du schätzt und lebst professionelle und lösungsorientierte Vorgehensweisen.
- Du besitzt Managementfähigkeiten für die Leitung einer dynamischen, aber etablierten Organisation mit start up-mindset und freust dich auf die Übernahme unternehmerischer Verantwortung.
- Du teilst den hohen Qualitätsanspruch der Partner der JOBLINGE-Initiative.
- Du kannst ein starkes Netzwerk heterogener lokaler Partner - Unternehmen, Stiftungen, kulturelle Institutionen - für ein gemeinsames Engagement begeistern.
- Du freust dich darauf, gemeinsam mit den Verantwortlichen der anderen JOBLINGE-Standorte und der Dachorganisation das Konzept und dessen Umsetzung weiterzuentwickeln.
