MITWIRKEN: IHRE AUFGABEN
- Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Fahrerabfertigung inklusive der Pflege der Check-in/out-Daten in das Kundensystem sowie die Vorbereitung und Kontrolle der Versandpapiere gemäß ADR und Zollrecht
- Zudem koordinieren Sie die Taktung von Be
- und Entladeterminen, begleiten die Zollabfertigung bei Wareneingängen und überwachen die Ladetermine
- Sie halten den Kontakt zu Kunden und Spediteuren im Rahmen der Abfertigung, koordinieren die operativen Bereiche und übernehmen die Buchung von Warenbewegungen in SAP

MITBRINGEN: IHRE MACHERQUALITÄTEN
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie erste Berufserfahrung in der Logistik mit
- Ihre ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Ihre guten MS-Office-Kenntnisse zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre Flexibilität, eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit aus
