Amazon Web Services (AWS) Demand Generation team in Central is expanding and seeking skilled individuals to join the EMEA DG leadership team.

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will lead a team of Managers and ICs in prospecting and acquiring new customers, working closely with internal stakeholders to optimize outbound strategies.

Your role involves mentoring sales professionals, monitoring team performance, and aligning strategies to drive the organization's vision and objectives.

The position requires analyzing and understanding the sales pipeline, making informed recommendations, and influencing success at scale within UK AGS.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales process evolution and implementation
  • Manage business reporting to senior leadership
  • Analyze data trends and provide recommendations
  • Coach and develop the team of Demand Generation Reps
  • Manage Sales Compensation scheme
  • Build relationships and refine tools and processes for productivity
  • Identify issues, gaps, and drive resolutions
  • Prepare analysis and engage in projects as necessary
