YOUR ROLE
  • Join the global Henkel B2B Customer Integration team as a Senior B2B Customer Integration Engineer
  • Handle end-to-end implementation of EDI B2B integrations, covering analysis, setup, mapping, and commissioning
  • Share your expertise, offer consultancy, and coordinate relevant EDI topics with external partners, EDI providers, Henkel IT teams, and business units
  • Contribute as an essential team member to Henkel's shift to SAP S/4HANA
  • Leverage your technical and entrepreneurial acumen in daily tasks, playing a part in evolving our integration processes
YOUR SKILLS
  • Hold a university degree in IT or business administration
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in EDI integration
  • Possess good familiarity with common exchange formats (IDOC, EDIFACT, VDA, XML, etc.) and protocols (AS2, OTP2, X.400, API, etc.) in the global industrial and automotive sectors
  • Understanding of SAP module support like SAP SD, SAP LE, alongside a grasp of the foundational business processes of EDI connections (e.g., purchasing, sales)
  • Familiarity with delivery schedule processes and various automotive operations from both an EDI and business process standpoint
  • Preferably experienced with diverse middleware solutions (e.g., OpenText, Seeburger, SAP BTP Integration Suite)
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is advantageous, as well as ABAP proficiency/debugging capabilities
  • Beneficial to have Project Management expertise
  • Display an analytical and solution-driven mindset, with a proactive work approach and strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Possess fluent proficiency in German and English languages, spoken and written
