Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen für das obere Management und Regulierungsbehörden nach Bedarf
Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Recht, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich. Ein Hochschulabschluss oder eine Zusatzausbildung im Bereich Compliance (z. B. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) ist von Vorteil
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Compliance, Risikomanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich, vorzugsweise im E-Commerce-, Einzelhandels- oder Logistiksektor
Solides Verständnis relevanter Gesetze, Vorschriften und Branchenstandards, insbesondere aber nicht beschränkt auf das deutsche Lieferkettensorgfaltsgesetz, die CSRD, Geldwäsche- und Korruptionsbekämpfungsgesetze
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Compliance-Programmen - Erfahrung mit externen Prüfverfahren und Kenntnisse der IDW PS 980 sind von Vorteil
