Job Title: Manager Compliance & Internal Control

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Compliance & Internal Control to join our team at KYB Europe GmbH. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's policies and regulations are upheld, and our employees are educated and trained on compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Compliance Officer and Compliance Key Person in local and European-wide compliance activities
  • Develop and improve the company's compliance management system, including local policies, process specifications, and internal control systems
  • Conduct compliance interviews and audits of employees and business partners
  • Prepare and execute compliance-related reporting activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in compliance in an international organization
  • Qualification in compliance management
  • Experience in planning, implementing, coordinating, and supervising a compliance management system
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to support a multinational team
  • German native speaker with high-level business English skills
