**Customer Service Agent Italian (M/F/d)**

Here at Artelia and Wallenfels we sell high quality furniture throughout Europe. We are looking for a customer service representative to join our international team to take care of our customers in Italy. We do our very best to make sure that our employees feel at home in our stylish office in Berlin-Gruenau. We offer our team members a positive working environment, varied tasks and lots of personal responsibility. We're looking to fill the position by January 2024.

Your tasks:

- Dealing with customer complaints
- Interacting with our warehouse teams and logistics partners in Italy and in Germany
- Translations and writing product descriptions for our website

Your profile:

- You are a native Italian-speaker with a good command of English for the communication with the team
- You live in Berlin
- German would be a plus, but is not required
- Experience in delivering a high level of customer service is welcome but not essential
- An ability to understand and relate to customers' concerns, combined with a natural flair for customer service
- Ability to stay calm and cope during periods of high work pressure
- A high level of competence with online platforms and digital tasks

What we can offer you:

- A full-time contract with working hours of 9am until 5.30pm

- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail und per Telefon
- Logistikkoordination mit den Logistikpartnern in Deutschland und im Ausland
- Klärung von Problemfällen intern & im Außenverhältnis
- Übersetzungen und Verfassung von Produktbeschreibungen

Dein Profil:

- perfekte Sprachkenntnisse in Italienisch (idealerweise als Muttersprachler)
- du lebst in Berlin
- Wünschenswert wäre eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ist aber kein muss
- Erfahrungen im Kundenservice / Reklamation / Ecommerce und/oder Möbelhandel von Vorteil
- eine hohe Kundenaffinität und das nötige "Händchen" für ein extrem hohes Servicelevel
- entsprechende Belastbarkeit auch in Stresssituationen
- Hohe Internetaffinität sowie Computerkenntnisse
- Deutsch wünschenswert aber kein Muss.
