Our client, a leading provider in IT Managed Services, based in Bettembourg is currently seeking its future Senior Business Development Manager. We are specialised in the employment of middle and top management and highly qualified professionals in contracting, temporary and permanent placement.At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we believe in talent, not labels, and embrace diversity and promote more inclusive employment to our clients and partners.Your mission:Identify, engage, and convert enterprise and institutional clients through a proactive sales strategy.Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth and increase market share.Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract finalization.Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to enhance visibility and generate business opportunities.Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs, requirements, and challenges.Monitor the market to identify new opportunities and maintain engagement with prospective clients.Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute targeted initiatives.Your profile :At least 5 years of experience in business development or account management, preferably in ISP or telecom.Proven success in selling and managing complex B2B solutions, including cloud services, connectivity, and cybersecurity.Good understanding of enterprise IT and networking, able to offer integrated solutions combining infrastructure, connectivity, and security.Experience working with senior executives (C-level) and building long-term client relationships.Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is a plus.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
