Praktikum im Project Management Office (m/w/d)

Deine Mission:

  • Du unterstützt das Team Projektmanagement in operativen wie strategischen Themen
  • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört das Controlling der Projektmanagement-Methoden und Prozesse
  • Dabei übernimmst du das Erstellen und Aufbereiten von Kennzahlen, Reporting und Statistiken
  • Du kümmerst dich um das Organisieren und Managen von Aufgaben, sowie um das Protokollieren von Meetings
  • Weiterhin bist du Koordinator beim Aufrechterhalten und Weiterentwickeln unserer PM Methoden und Standards

Dein Profil:

  • Du studierst einen kaufmännischen oder technischen Studiengang (BWL, Wirtschaftwissenschaften, Elektrotechnik) oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang, mit mindestens noch 6 Monaten Studienzeit
  • Der sichere Umgang mit gängiger IT (MS-Office) und ERP - Systemen ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Idealerweise hattest du bereits erste Kontakte mir dem Projektgeschäft und den Projektmanagement-Methoden
  • Du zeichnest dich durch Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Sorgfalt und Teamfähigkeit aus
  • Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke zählen ebenfalls zu deinen Stärken
  • Du bringst Affinität zu Themen des Projektmanagement mit
