Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen Facility Supervisor (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, zwei Jahre befristet, am Standort Neumünster.
Deine Aufgaben
Umsetzung des technischen und infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagement, sowie Mitwirkung des Inbetriebnahme-Managements einer technisch komplexen Anlage
Verantwortung für die Betriebserhaltung der gesamten Anlage, einschließlich der Lüftungstechnik, der Energieversorgung, der Kühl- und Klimaanlagen und Sicherheitstechnik
Steuerung von Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit Lieferanten, Projektmanagement, Reparaturen und Großwartung
Regelmäßige Überwachung der ordnungsgemäßen Systemfunktion der Anlage zur Einhaltung aller Qualitätsstandards
Entwicklung und Verwaltung des Budgets für den Anlagenbetrieb und die Instandhaltung
Sicherstellung eines effektiven Kundenservice, sowie hoher Standards für Arbeitsqualität
Sicherstellung des Vertragsmanagements von mechanisch/elektrischen und strukturellen/architektonischen Bereichen
Beobachtung, dass bei den täglichen Inspektionen vor Ort die Arbeitsschutz- und Hygienemaßnahmen eingehalten werden, um die Sicherheit, Qualität und Konformität unserer Mitarbeiter, unseres Produkts und unserer Anlage zu gewährleisten
Dein Profil
Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Ingenieursbereich mit der Fachrichtung Anlagenbetriebstechnik oder Versorgungstechnik Elektrotechnik oder gleichwertige Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen
Du konntest bereits mehrjährige Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position sammeln
Du zeichnest dich durch deine effektive Entscheidungsfähigkeit mit einem guten Verständnis für Industrieanlagensysteme aus
Du hast ausgeprägte technische Fähigkeiten und fundierte Planungskenntnisse
Du bist mit der staatlichen Gesetzgebung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz vertraut
Neben Deiner technischen Versiertheit punktest Du durch Deine IT-Affinität – die Begleitung von allgemeinen IT-Projekten fällt Dir daher ebenso leicht wie der Umgang mit digitaler Kommunikation
Sehr gute Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Analysefähigkeiten sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
Da Du mit Betäubungsmitteln arbeiten wirst, musst Du uns vor Vertragsabschluss eine Schufa-Auskunft sowie ein eintragsfreies polizeiliches Führungszeugnis vorlegen
