Job Summary
Tilray Brands is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including the management of work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilities Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including the management of maintenance requests, work orders, and inventory control.
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Emergency Response: Respond to and manage emergency situations, including equipment failures and facility disruptions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on maintenance activities, including work order completion rates, inventory levels, and equipment performance.
Requirements
- Education: Professional or technical training (greater than high school) is preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in maintenance management and coordination.
- Skills: Proven ability to work under pressure, with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office efficiently and work effectively in a team environment.
