Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabenportfolio:

 

Ihre Aufgabe ist das Client Servicing gegenüber unseren institutionellen Kunden. Für die Fondsinitiatoren sind Sie der Ansprechpartner für alle Abwicklungsthemen im Tagesgeschäft im Rahmen der bestehenden Kundenbeziehung, dies im Bereich der liquiden oder/und Alternativen Investmentfondsstrukturen. Sie übernehmen im Wesentlichen folgende Aufgaben:

 

  • Sie agieren als Single-Point-of Entry während des gesamten Fondszyklus für Kundenanfragen im Hinblick auf die Funktionen der Verwahrstelle, Register- und Transferstelle, Zentralverwaltung sowie KVG/AIFM.
  • Als erste Anlaufstelle im Tagesgeschäft für unsere Kunden stellen Sie die zeitgerechte Abarbeitung von Kundenanfragen sicher, dabei arbeiten sie eng mit den Spezialistenteams des Bereiches Investmentfonds sowie unserer Tochtergesellschaft IPConcept (Luxemburg) S.A. zusammen.
  • Sie bieten einen Mehrwert für unsere Kunden durch lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen mit Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Die Aktualisierung und Verwaltung von unserer Kundendatenbank (CRM), die Sicherstellung interner Dokumentationen zur Kundenbeziehung sowie die Organisation von Kundenterminen gehört ebenfalls zu den regelmäßig anfallenden Aufgaben.
  • Sie nehmen Kundenaufträge zur Änderung oder Anpassung bestehender Fondsprojekte (insbesondere Auflagen, Fusionen und Liquidationen) entgegen und binden die Key Account Manager sowie Projekt- und Onboardingeinheiten aktiv mit ein.

 

Sie als Mensch und Profi:

 

  • Sie haben eine Bankausbildung, eine einschlägige Weiterqualifizierung und/oder idealerweise ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium mit gutem Erfolg absolviert.
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Investmentfondsgeschäft insbesondere im Bereich Client Servicing mit.
  • Sie haben sich umfassende Kenntnisse der in Luxemburg und Deutschland geltenden rechtlichen Bestimmungen des Fondsgeschäftes aneignen können.
  • Ihr sicheres und lösungsorientiertes Auftreten und Ihre starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Kundengesprächen kennzeichnen Sie in besonderer Weise.
  • Der Umgang mit neuen Medien und Präsentationstechniken ist Ihnen vertraut.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit sowie die Bereitschaft zur selbständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Sie beherrschen die gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word) sicher.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus.
