We are a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) supervised by the CSSF and ISO 22301 certified.The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:‎ Manager – Accounting Corporate ServicesYour role: Manage and oversee the day-to-day bookkeeping and bank reconciliations;Preparation of monthly and/or quarterly financial reports (interim accounts, BCL reports, VAT returns, etc.);Preparation of eCDF reports;Drafting of annual financial statements;Review of payment orders and follow up;Review of delegated tasks to more junior/ senior accountants.Follow up of audits queries;Manage and develop a small team in the accounting department and also be in charge of the coordination, review and validation of all work delivered by the team;Expected to have regular interaction / communication with clients;Expected to take lead and contribute in internal projects and remain up to date with industry developments;Liaison with accounting senior managers, as well as internal teams.Your profile:You hold a diploma in accounting (BTS, Bachelor’s degree or Graduate/Master’s degree). Having a professional designation (OEC, ACCA, CPA) would be an advantage;You have professional experience of at least 5 years in a similar environment (accounting or audit) and have a solid knowledge and understanding of accounting rules and principles;You have an extensive exposure to Lux GAAP, IFRS and Consolidation;You are well organized, rigorous and able to work with short deadlines;You are able to prioritize workload, manage several tasks and display a positive and enthusiastic attitude;You are able to delegate and review tasks given to more junior accountants;You have very good command of English;You have good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.#AIS‎Within Arendt, we uphold high standards.
