Thank you in advance for your understanding.++++Your responsibilities*Your daily tasksDeveloping and executing financial and investment strategies to support the organization’s growth and operational objectivesManaging and monitoring financial planning, annual and semi-annual budgets (and investment plans)Leading the design and implementation of debt restructuring strategies to optimize financial health and strengthen the organization’s fiscal positionOverseeing financing plans for major infrastructure development projectsMaintaining cash flow monitoring practices to safeguard liquidity and financial stabilityMaintaining and developing relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, investors, and government ministries, ensuring compliance with EU regulations and financial transparencyGuiding and developing the finance team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environmentEnsuring adherence to local and EU regulatory frameworks while managing relationships with external auditors and financial oversight bodies*Your other missionsParticipating in the integration of new employees Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior--The required profileStudies / trainingMaster’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldProfessional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus--ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in an industrial environment, logistics sectors, or investment banking--Skills and knowledge required*IT ToolsMandatory:Microsoft Office suite*LanguagesMandatory:French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)English: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)Nice-to-have:German / Luxembourgish: the knowledge of those languages would be an asset.*Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the jobYou have strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder engagementsYou have a proven track record in debt restructuring, project financing, and managing large-scale capital expenditure programsYou are familiar with Luxembourg’s governmental financial frameworks and regulationsYou hold an expertise in SAP or equivalent financial systemsYou are known for your collaborative, humble, and team-oriented approach*OtherValid permanent B driving licence
